Christina is the Lead Advisor for Employee Experience with Bersin, Deloitte Consulting, LLP focused on partnering with executives as they look to build irresistible employee experiences. She provides guidance regarding talent and functional strategies derived from Bersin's research, data-driven industry insights, and more than 20 years of experience. Members appreciate Christina's ability to turn insights into actionable steps and competitive advantage.

Prior to joining Bersin, Christina held several positions with Hasbro, Inc. and Textron. In these roles she led the reinvention of performance management and organizational change management efforts. She was instrumental in the development of career and mentoring programs and led the organization's Great Place to Work efforts.

Christina holds a B.A. in Management from St. Mary's College of California and a M.A. in HR Management from National University in La Jolla, CA. She is an active volunteer with youth social and emotional health programs in RI.
