Christine Montenegro McGrath is the Chief Sustainability, Well-being, Public & Government Affairs Officer at Mondelēz International. Prior to her appointment she had served as vice president of global sustainability, well-being governemnt & public affais. In her current role she assists in creating marketing strategies that empower the consumer and the company to grow healthfully. She delves into sustainable growth strategies and discusses marketing in broad, global terms.

Previously, she serverd as vice president of external affairs for Mondelez International. She worked with business teams around the world to reduce Mondelez International's environmental footprint and deliver its sustainability and health commitments. As well she lead Cocoa Life, a $400 million program to create thriving cocoa communities and help transform the supply chain through better farming and community empowerment.

Prior to joining Mondelez International, McGrath was the vice president of global sustainability at Kraft Foods, Inc. from 2011 until the company split in October 2012.

She led Kraft Foods' Latino Center of Excellence from 2009 to 2011. In this role, McGrath was the driving force behind an increase in the company's investment in the Latino market. She began her career with Kraft as a financial analyst.

McGrath formerly co-chaired the national Kraft Foods Latino Employee Council.

She earned a B.S. in accounting and philosophy from Boston College and a master's degree in marketing from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
