Speaker and author Christine W. Zust, M.A. helps people get to the joy of communication through connection. Closer to home, Christine’s experience as a volunteer bodyguard for performer Tom Jones provides a hilarious example of effective verbal and nonverbal (body) language.

Christine is a member of the National Speakers Association and past president of its Ohio chapter, NSA Ohio. She has held leadership positions with the American Society for Training and Development, Cleveland chapter, and the Cleveland Coach Federation, and is an active member of the International Association of Facilitators and National Association of Women Business Owners. Christine received a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Kent State University.
