Coombs co-owns Deuxave, a French American restaurant in Boston’s historic Back Bay that opened in September, as well as dbar in Dorchester. With business partner Brian Piccini, Coombs is now getting ready to open Boston Chops, an urban steak bistro in Boston’s South End, in January.
