Charles (Chuck) Banks retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after 33 years - 10 as a senior executive - leading government and military organizations , supporting international operations, and providing executive level strategic planning. Chuck draws on his national security career, and personal experiences that include ultra-marathon running, music performer, and collector car blogger to deliver entertaining, insightful, and motivating talks.

Chuck leads High-Stakes Logistics, LLC providing consulting services, training, and public speaking on leadership, international logistics, crisis operations, and patriotic partnerships between CIA, the US military, and law enforcement/first responders.

He has conducted seminars for the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, and US Special Operations Command staff while also consulting with Fortune 500 companies and startups on operational logistics.

Chuck was the keynote speaker for the City of Albuquerque’s 9/11 Memorial Ceremony in 2016, Chula Vista, California’s Memorial Day in 2017, the Kent State University feature on 9/11 in 2017, and the Society for Human Resource Management's 2017 Veteran's Day program in Peoria, Illinois, and presents at many classified engagements.
