Chuck's work focuses on the intersections of Learning, Work and Technology with a particular emphasis on organizational effectiveness and change. He's a global team member in IBMs Center For Advanced Learning organization, where he can imagine and create social learning strategies and solutions. Each day, Chuck wakes up every day hoping to make himself and the planet just a bit smarter - a challenge which he feels can make a difference. Prior to his current post, Chuck was the Virtual Learning and New Media Lead for IBMs 3D Internet team and leader of a program called IBM@PLAY. In addition to his current role at IBM he is also an Associate Professor for the Masters of Digital Media Program at the Center for Digital Media in Vancouver Canada.
