Chuck Longanecker is the founder of Betterment Consulting, helping business leaders use design thinking to create iterative improvements in all aspects of their company. Longanecker is a serial entrepreneur who also founded Telepathy, a 50+ person UX Design Firm in San Diego helping great companies with ordinary experiences design extraordinary experiences that was acquired by ServiceNow in late 2017.

Longanecker spends his time evolving the unique approach of Betterment's services, advising companies on experience design and doing speaking engagements about how design culture can change the world.

Longanecker has been involved in the design and internet space since he was a teenager. He started his first business at the age of 19 with his college roommate and current business partner. He spent a brief stint in the real world of jobs but quickly left to build the company of his dreams. Longanecker is an expert in user experience design, customer experience design, creating great company cultures and digital product design and development.
