Colonel Brian M. Killough is military fellow, U.S. Air Force, at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York.

Colonel Killough was a career F-15E weapon systems officer serving as commander of the 42nd Air Base Wing, Maxwell AFB, AL. He also was the vice wing commander of the 12th Flying Training Wing, Randolph AFB, TX, and commanded the 4th Operations Support Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.

He has served in NATO (Greece), USAFE, HQAF, and PACOM, and has flown in Operations DESERT SHIELD, DESERT STORM, DECISIVE ENDEAVOR and IRAQI FREEDOM.
