Courtney Carver

Speaker on Intentional Living & Simplicity; Founder of bemorewithless.com; Author of "Soulful Simplicity"

Courtney Carver is a writer, photographer, and advocate for simplicity who founded the website "Be More with Less" to inspire others to simplify their lives and truly live. After spending much of her adult life feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and stressed, Carver embarked on a journey of intentional living that led her to discover the profound joy in having less. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006, she was driven to reevaluate her lifestyle, focusing on decluttering and prioritizing what truly matters.

In 2010, Carver launched the minimalist fashion challenge Project 333, which encourages people to simplify their wardrobes and, by extension, their lives. Her philosophy is centered on the idea that living with less creates more time, space, and freedom to pursue what is most meaningful. Through her work, she has inspired countless individuals to embrace a life with more savings and less debt, more health and less stress, more space and less stuff, and more joy with fewer obligations.

Carver’s book, "Soulful Simplicity," shares her personal story and offers guidance to those looking to create a more purposeful life. Beyond her writing and photography, she enjoys yoga, reading, creating simple meals, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and skiing in the Mountain West. She is also passionate about travel, spending time on the beach, and connecting with like-hearted individuals. Carver’s message is clear: by living with less clutter, busyness, and stress, we can create the space and time to be more of who we truly are.
