Courtney Gailano is a contemporary dancer and actress. She had a recurring role as The Mack on "Glee".

She started dancing as Little Bo Peep at the age of three. She has trained in lyrical dance, tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop. She was also a contestant on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance".

She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Once Galiano coped with her new normal, she knew she wanted to do something to help the cause, so she started The Beat Dance Convention and The Beat Dance Walk. Proceeds from both events went to raise money for MS research through the MS Society.
