Customer Director, John Lewis

Craig Inglis started his career in 1992 as a graduate trainee at Thomson Holidays before joining Virgin in 1997 to work in their rail business, where he rose to become Sales & Marketing Director. He joined John Lewis in 2008 as Head of Brand Communications and became Marketing Director in 2010. He joined the John Lewis Management Board as Customer Director in September 2015. In February 2017, as a JLMB member, he also took on responsibility for JL Online. He is also a member of the board at the Marketing Society.

Responsible for customer experience, creative development and marketing for the John Lewis brand.
