Mr. W. Craig Jelinek has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation since February 2010 and January 1, 2012 respectively and has been its Interim Executive Vice President of Merchandising since May 27, 2016. Mr. Jelinek served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Merchandising of Costco Wholesale Corp. since February 2004 until February 2010.

He served as Chief Operating Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation from February 2010 to December 2011. Mr. Jelinek served as Chief Operating Officer, Northern Division of Costco Wholesale Corp. since September 1995. He served as Senior Vice President, Operations—Northwest Region of Costco Wholesale Corp. since September 1994. From May 1986 to September 1994, he served as Vice President, Regional Operations Manager—Los Angeles Region.
