Craig Miller was the Chief Marketing Officer and then Chief Product Officer at Shopify between 2011 and 2020. During his time at the company, he oversaw the Product, UX, Growth, Marketing, and Communications teams. He grew the company from being used by about 15,000 small businesses to over 1,000,000, and helped take the company public on the NYSE. He then focused on transitioning the product from shopping cart software to a multi-channel commerce platform. When he left Shopify in 2020, it was Canada's largest public company.

Previously to Shopify, he held several product and marketing roles at Kijiji (an eBay company) between 2006 and 2011. There he joined as the 4th employee and took Kijiji from a newly launched site to one of the top 10 most visited websites in Canada.

Craig holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
