Craig Morgan

Country Music Artist, Star of "Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors" & United States Army Veteran

A multi-faceted entertainer, Craig Morgan has made a name for himself as a country music icon, TV personality, celebrated outdoorsman and patriotic Army veteran. One of country music’s best-loved artists, Morgan has charted 25 songs on Billboard and thrills massive crowds with signature hits including “Bonfire,” Almost Home,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “International Harvester,” “This Ole Boy,” “Wake Up Loving You,” and the four week No. 1, “That’s What I Love About Sunday.”

He served on active duty for just over nine years as a member of the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and remained in the reserves for another six years. While in the Army, he wrote songs and won military singing and songwriting contests. In 2003 after signing with Broken Bow Records, his second album, "I Love It," peaked at No. 49, and its second single, "Almost Home" made it to No. 6 on the Billboard country charts, making it Morgan's first Top Ten hit. Soon after came 2004's "My Kind of Livin." The album's first single, "That's What I Love About Sunday," became his only No. 1 country hit.

Growing up in Tennessee, Morgan was passionate about being a sportsman long before he became a country music star. Debuting in June of 2010 on the Outdoor Channel, "Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors" was a 30-minute reality show that offered fans a fly on the wall look at Morgan's extreme lifestyle at home, touring and in the great outdoors: hunting, aerial bow fishing, bungee jumping and skydiving. It quickly became the network's No. 1 rated Saturday morning hunting show and ran for 8 seasons.

Morgan released "God, Family, Country," his ninth studio album in 2020, with the heartbreaking ballad "The Father, My Son and the Holy Ghost" dedicated to his son who lost his life in 2016. He teamed up with active-duty Army Airborne Rangers Justin Wright and Andrew Yacovone to write “Sippin’ On The Simple Life" for his newest album. His home is still in the Volunteer State, and despite a schedule full of concerts and professional commitments, he enjoys an active life, complete with bowhunting and motocross racing.
