Crispin Garden-Webster is a practice leader in the field of organisational development. He is a Registered Psychologist and a Life Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). Crispin is also a certified HR Professional (CP) through the International Personnel Management Association in the United States. Crispin began his career with the New Zealand Army where he served as a Field Psychologist in a range of assignments in New Zealand and tours of duty in Singapore, Germany, UK, Australia, Fiji and the Gulf. Following his service career, Crispin entered the private sector with Telecom New Zealand Ltd where he was accountable for the design and deployment of human resources development frameworks, talent management programmes and led some of the early adoption of e-Recruitment and e-Learning capability. In 2001, Crispin became an independent consultant providing services in human resources strategy, talent management, and organisational development. His work has spanned the public, private and not for profit sectors including international work with the Asian Development Bank in the Philippines, Pakistan and Vietnam. Crispin currently lives and works in Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman where he is the Managing Consultant for Assessment and Talent Management for Takatuf Oman LLC, Oman's leading consulting company in the field of Human Capital. Crispin's expertise lies in assessment, talent management, leadership development, organisational design, facilitation and managing change. He is also a trainer in staff selection practices, job design, team dynamics and personal resilience.
