As Co-CEO of FactoryMade Ventures, Cris Patwa leads FactoryMade as a boutique incubator that creates new ventures in media and entertainment.

She oversees the company’s partnerships with renowned global corporations and marquee Hollywood talent to cultivate concepts to execution.

Under her leadership, FactoryMade combines the creation of rich content with the strategic use of traditional and emerging distribution platforms to deliver compelling entertainment experiences to hundreds of millions of people around the world.

Her vision has led to numerous awards and recognition for FactoryMade’s partners and clients, with her work involving companies such as Hasbro, HSN, Telefonica, RTL Group, Intel, Procter & Gamble, Clorox and JC Penney as well as talent such as Robert Rodriguez, Thom Beers, Alicia Keys, Whoopi Goldberg, Michael Bay and JJ Abrams.

Patwa was previously the Worldwide Department Head for WME’s Strategic Planning & Business Development division, where she presided over large-scale initiatives with Fortune 500 firms.

In 2010, she worked with HSN to launch the retail industry’s first fully-integrated digital gaming and commerce platform, HSN Arcade.

In 2009, she managed the formation of a $600M joint venture with Hasbro and Discovery Communications that created Hasbro’s television studio and launched the HUB television network.

Prior to WME, Patwa presided over $680M in revenues for Disney/ABC Television Group from over 40 business development projects for their television shows. She managed relationships with 14 traditional and new technology distributors, which resulted in her group being the first media company to put television content on iTunes and to introduce an ad-supported full episode player online.

Earlier in her career, Patwa was a strategic consultant for Deloitte, where she ranked in the top 5% globally and led projects for Citibank, JPMorgan Chase and Nissan. She also conducted strategic planning work for Twentieth Century Fox's domestic and international film businesses.

Patwa earned her MBA at UCLA, a Certificate in Strategy and Decision Risk Management from Stanford University and a Certificate from the International Gaming Institute at UNLV.

She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a BSBA in Accounting and MIS, and is a licensed CPA in California.
