Mr. Curtis R. Welling serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCares Foundation, Inc. Mr. Welling is an Initial Member at Centripetal Capital Partners, Inc., responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities. Mr. Welling served as the Chief Executive Officer of Princeton eCom Corporation until December 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President of SG Americas and President of SG Cowen Securities Corporation, where he oversaw the strategic direction and enhancement of Societe General's investment banking business in the Americas, including its acquisition of Cowen & Co. and Barr Devlin Associates. Before joining Societe General in March 1996, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Equity Capital Markets for Bear Stearns & Company Inc. He began his career with CS First Boston. During his 14-year career, Mr. Welling held a series of senior management positions, ultimately becoming a Member of CS First Boston's Operating Committee and Head of US Equity and Equity Capital Raising worldwide. He serves as a Director of APJeT, Inc. He has been a Director of Sapient GmbH since 2013. He has been a Director of Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., since April 24, 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., since April 2007. He served as a Director of Sapient Corp, from October 23, 2013 to February 6, 2015. He served as a Director of Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. He is the Founding Board President of the Donaldson Adoption Institute, Board President of Spence-Chapin Services, Vice Chairman of the Adirondack Foundation, and a Trustee on the Board of the Weir Farm Art Center. Mr. Welling holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and advanced degrees in Law and Business from Vanderbilt University and the Amos Tuck School.
