Cynthia C. Froggatt, author of Work Naked: Eight Essential Principles for Peak Performance in the Virtual Workplace and Principal of Froggatt Consulting, has more than 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies on aligning their workplace strat

She studied environmental psychology and organizational behavior, earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State in 1982 and a master's degree from Cornell University in 1985, and started her own consulting practice in 1994.

In 1993, as Director of Consulting for HOK's New York office, Cynthia worked with AT&T on their telework program and has been a vocal advocate for remote and mobile work strategies ever since. Froggatt enjoys teaching seminars and leading workshops on new ways of working, strategic workplace planning, communication strategies, and change leadership. She has been an instructor at Cornell University in the College of Human Ecology.

Froggatt has authored a number of articles on remote and mobile work strategies, overcoming resistance to change, and the virtual workplace. Her comments have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Home Office Computing, Telecommuting Review, The San Jose Mercury News, and Stern Business Journal among others.

She is the Chair of the Student Life Committee for the President's Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) and an active member of the International Telework Association & Council (ITAC), International Development Reearch Council (IDRC), New York Women in Communications, Inc. (NYWICI), and International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Froggatt serves on the Advisory Boards for the Outdoor Computing Network, an internet start-up, and Work 2010, a working lab about new workplace concepts in Denver, Colorado.
