Dale G. Caldwell is not only a Professional Speaker, Author and Philanthropist; he is an expert on influence. Dale has been able to captivate audiences with his influence based strategies designed to help people attain success in work and life. He has spoken at some of the most prestigious organizations in the world including: AT&T, Columbia Business School, Deloitte & Touche, DuPont, Harvard Business School, Princeton University, Right Management, Rohm & Haas, United Airlines, University of Chicago Business School, the Wharton School.

His informative and entertaining presentations include Influence Driven Leadership; Influence Driven Career Success; Influence Driven Living; Influence Driven Politics; and Influence Driven Education. Each of these topics can be presented as a General Presentation or Keynote Address.

Dale is one of those special people who practices what he preaches by utilizing his unique understanding of the power of influence to achieve personal and professional success. He graduated from Princeton University with a BA degree in Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA degree in Finance. Dale also completed the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program.

His leadership experience includes serving as a Vice-President, Client Services at Right Management; Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Scholastic, Inc.; Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA); Senior Manager and Global Recruiting Director at Deloitte Consulting and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ten organizations. He has some amazing stories to tell from his personal experience about both effective and ineffective leaders and co-workers.

Dale is also an accomplished writer who is the author of the book School To Work To Success which, in an insightful and interesting way, offers advice on finding a rewarding career and enjoying life. In addition, he is the author of the book Fruit of the Spirit Poems and Hymns; a chapter in the book Chicken Soup for the African American Soul; a chapter in the book From One Brother to Another; and, the Forward for the book Fathers Make A Difference.

He has received numerous awards including: New Jersey School Board Member of the Year; Business News New Jersey's "40 Most Successful People Under 40 Award"; New Jersey Monthly magazine's "New Jersey Pride Award in Education" and Leadership New Jersey's "Althea R. Wright Volunteer Leadership Award." Dale is an accomplished athlete who has earned a national ranking in Tennis, Triathlon and Duathlon. He has also completed the New York City, San Francisco and Athens, Greece marathons. In addition, Dale has raised more than $22,000 for charity by running these marathons and completing three 500 mile bike rides.

Dale graduated from Princeton University with a BA degree in Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA degree in Finance. He also completed the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program. Dale is a Certified Housing Authority Commissioner and Certified School Board Member. He is also a former Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
