Dalia Mogahed is president and CEO of Mogahed Consulting, an executive coaching and consulting firm on Muslim societies and the Middle East. She is former executive director of the Gallup Center for Muslim Studies. Mogahed served on President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships in 2009, testified before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations about American engagement with Muslim communities, and contributed to the Homeland Security Advisory Council’s Countering Violent Extremism Working Group recommendations. She co-authored Who Speaks for Islam? What a Billion Muslims Really Think. The World Economic Forum named Mogahed a Young Global Leader.
