Damien Spizzo is a tennis professional having been internationally ranked and also having produced several nationally ranked players under his teaching.

Damien is a native from Australia. He has had extensive playing and teaching skills. As a junior player he was ranked inside the top 3 in Australia. He reached the Round of 16 in the Australian Junior Open in 2000.Achieved an ATP ranking inside the top 1000 before declaring amateurism for college. He chose to attend the University of Southern California from 2000-2002 on a full scholarship.

He was a member of the 2002 National Championship team.He then transferred to University of Tennessee where he was ranked as high as 6 in the country. He was honored as an ALL-SEC and an ALL-AMERICAN for the 2004 season.

Damien has had several wins over top players including former world number 1 Lleyton Hewitt, and current top ranked American John Isner. In his last competitive tournament Damien won the National Mens 30s Hard Court Championship held in Austin, TX.

Damien holds the rare honor of being a Master of Tennis. He holds this certification upon his completion of an extensive year of studies in working with high performance athletes. Damien has coached over 100 current and past NCAA D-1 scholarship athletes.Damien is partnering with former junior and pro standout Stephanie Mabry to form Elite tennis academy in Austin, TX at Lakeway World of Tennis

Was just recently selected as Team Texas Head Coach for the USTA Boys and Girls 16 Zone Team Championships, to be held in Waco, TX, July 24-July 28, 2013.
