Damon Bayles, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach

A clinical psychologist, executive coach and international lecturer on stress, mindfulness and behavior change, Dr. Damon Bayles is committed to helping people cut through the noise and distress in their lives to develop clarity and confidence. Along with his husband, television personality and fashion and lifestyle expert Clinton Kelly, Dr. Bayles also examines the psychology behind our relationship with style and appearance. Their team approach helps audiences align their outer image with personal and professional goals—working toward increasing self-esteem and confidence from the outside in, and from the inside out.

He works clinically with individuals, couples and groups contending with a range of mood and personality disorders. He is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Ballast Psychological Services and a clinical supervisor to postdoctoral clinicians. Dr. Bayles is also an international educator, lecturer and group facilitator for Equinox Health Clubs, their Tier X coaching program and the Equinox Fitness Training Institute. He teaches and lectures extensively on neuroplasticity, the neurobiology of stress, mindfulness, behavior change facilitation, and setting and maintaining boundaries in difficult professional relationships.

As a clinician, coach and speaker, Dr. Bayles helps people learn to manage stress more effectively, reduce anxiety, think clearly, and develop better team and workplace relationships. He draws on his extensive work in hospitals, mental health clinics, his own private practice and corporate settings to take complex psychological ideas and make them user-friendly. Sharing strategies that can be applied across life and work, he brings expertise, empathy and humor to any journey toward enhanced well-being and achieving professional goals.
