When DH is not making his clients and projects money he is giving back to community. He sits on the board of two foundations that he is passionate about – empowerment for forgotten members of the community and the care of abandoned animals. Both foundations he is actively involved in. The first is the foundation for world peace leader and community activist Eugene “Big U” Henley – Developing Options. DH educates “at risk” minorities and community elders on financial and health education with the goal of empowerment through entrepreneurship and cooperative economics. The second foundation founded by celebrity stylist and animal activist Dawn M. Haynes – Dawn to Dusk Foundation, where DH works with the team to bring worldwide focus to the “No-Kill” movement advocating against the war on animal abuse and abandonment.
