Dan joined Rocket Lawyer's Board of Directors in December 2009 and served as Rocket Lawyer's CEO for five years, from 2010 to 2014. Dan has more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech field with a focus on online software and services.

In his most recent position prior to joining Rocket Lawyer, Dan served as CEO of LinkedIn Corporation where he transformed a small start-up into the world's largest and most effective professional network.

Prior to LinkedIn, Dan spent five years as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Advent Software, a leading provider of software and services for the global investment management industry. Before joining Advent, Dan spent nearly seven years at Intuit, Incorporated where he served in a number of roles including Vice President and General Manager of Intuit's Small Business Division and Vice President of the International Division.

Dan is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Hamilton College. In addition to his role at Rocket Lawyer, Dan serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College and the Board of Directors of Constant Contact.
