Dana Sims began her career at the prestigious William Morris Agency where she was quickly promoted to talent agent. Her passion for music came out of the urban arena and she served as vice president for four years.

During this time her clients included Ludacris, Rihanna, Jill Scott, Nelly, Common and Keri Hilson. She worked as a liaison between the talent and music departments and secured several prolific roles for the Agency’s clients, most notably, roles in The Academy Award-winning “Crash” and HBO’s “No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency.” Sims was instrumental in creating a successful crossover division and continues to flourish in her unique industry position.

In 2009, Sims received an offer from ICM. In her role as talent agent she oversees, develops and guides client’s careers. With her powerful list of relationships, unique and innovative ideas, she has a strong hand in the strategic growth of ICM’s music department.
