Daniel Loveland is currently the Assistant United States Attorney. Prior to this, he served in the U.S. Department of Justice as Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General. He also previously clerked for the Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. In 2019, he was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Law & Policy.
