Danny Gladden, MBA, MSW, LCSW, is General Manager and Director of Behavioral Health and Social Care for Oracle Health. A licensed clinical social worker, former COO of a behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment practice, and a practicing mental health and SUD treatment clinician, Gladden champions real-time, barrier-free access for consumers at risk of suicide and those living with severe and persistent mental illness. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor at St. Louis University School of Social Work.

Previously, Gladden served as clinical leader of a National Suicide Prevention and Veterans crisis contact center. He presents regularly on suicide assessment and prevention, crisis intervention, LGBTQ behavioral health, and the intersection of trauma and oppression.

Gladden is a member of Treatment Communities of America and is the former co-chair of the Early Career Committee for the American Association of Suicidology. He received his BS from the University of Missouri-Columbia, his MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, and his Masters in Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University.
