Dara Starr Tucker is an American singer, songwriter, and social commentator, with a career rich in accolades and collaborations. The Nashville Industry Music Awards recognized her talent twice, naming her Jazz Vocalist of the Year in 2016 and 2017, and her song "Radio," from the album "Oklahoma Rain," was also named Song of the Year. Tucker has shared her music with the world, performing internationally with her ensemble since 2009, and has taken the stage with notable musicians such as Aaron Parks, Mike King, James Hurt, Vicente Archer, Greg Bryant, and Marcus Finnie. In 2016, she was the opening act for Gregory Porter, further cementing her reputation in the music industry.
