In today's challenging economic times it is more important that ever that every sales force is performing in a peak state. Darren Kittleson has been coaching sales professionals on how to maximize this state for over 18 years.

He lives in Madison, Wisconsin where he owns and operates 2 real estate brokerages. He has grown his company from 15 agents in 2003 to over 200 in just 8 short years. Last year his team closed over 1000 real estate transactions that generated nearly $200 million in sales volume.

Currently he is one of 14 trainers in North America training peak sales performance for real estate, title and mortgage professionals called BOLD-Business Objective a Life by Design. This "boot camp" style course takes salespeople through a rigorous training in which the 11,000 graduates in the past 16 months are averaging 12 real estate transactions in just 8 weeks.

In 2009, Kittleson was recognized by the National Association of REALTORS as a Technology Spotlight Finalist for his training around utilizing new technologies in the online world for real estate professionals.

A graduate of the Bill Gove Speech Workshop, Kittleson brings his high energy, humor and real world sales experience to his audiences in such a way they leave with tools that can be implemented in their businesses that very day. In addition, Kittleson has been a "thinking" coach for Frame of Mind Coaching based in Toronto, Canada since 2008.
