Daunte Culpepper

Former NFL Quarterback, Speaker & Foster Care & Adoption Advocate

Daunte Culpepper is considered to be one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL today. Currently, Daunte is the quarterback for the Miami Dolphins. In 1999, he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round out of the University of Central Florida. Culpepper's size, strength, and speed is what separates himself from the rest of the quarterbacks in football.

At UCF, he rewrote more than 30 of the school's quarterback records. He wasn't done there. He also set an NCAA record for single-season completion percentage at .736, breaking a 15-year-old mark set by Steve Young (.713).

Culpepper accomplished a feat equaled by only two others in NCAA history when he topped the 10,000 yard passing mark and the 1,000 yard rushing mark in his career. He finished his career sixth on the NCAA's all-time total offense list for all divisions with 12,459 yards and was responsible for 108 career touchdowns.

Culpepper has been to 2 Pro Bowls and is ranked 3rd in completion percentage among all quarterbacks in NFL history.
