Comedian & Actor Known for His Roles in "Trainwreck" and "Funny People;" Host of Comedy Central's "Insomniac"

Comedian Dave Attell hosted and wrote Comedy Central's "Insomniac with Dave Attell." The hit series began in August 2001 and is a travelogue of after-hours experiences in cities across the country. The New York Times said, "Insomniac is a doubly rare beast, a comedy without rancor and a travel show about the virtues of the American underdog."

Attell headlined a nationwide stand-up tour called "Comedy Central Live Presents Dave Attell: The Insomniac" from April through July 2005. The stand-up tour hit approximately 35 cities across the country and also featured comedian Sean Rouse.

Attell has made numerous appearances on the "Late Show with David Letterman," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Last Call with Carson Daly," "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and "The Howard Stern Show." He has also appeared in the Chris Rock film "Pootie Tang." Other television credits include Fox's "Arrested Development," NBC's "Ed," Drew Carey's "Mr. Vegas All-Star Party" on HBO, Comedy Central's "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn" and his own half-hour stand-up special "Comedy Central Presents Dave Attell." Most recently, Attell played Noam in the new comedy film, "Trainwreck," starring Amy Schumer.
