Prior to Ogimi, Gull was the CEO of Outer Realm, leading a platform shift from 2D screens to immersive spatial computing in the Real Estate industry. He has a unique combination of Design & Technical Expertise as a Licensed Architect and Technology Executive. What makes his approach to VR/AR technologies for real estate unique is his focus on creating experiences that engage gut-level intuition in combination with concrete factual presentation since this is key to gaining trust and stakeholder buy in for real estate developments.

Prior to Outer Realm, Gull was a VP at Floored, a Virtual Technology startup acquired by CBRE. He also has 6 years of experience practicing architecture at the renowned firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill.

Gull graduated first in his class from Cornell University’s #1 Ranked Bachelor of Architecture Program.
