David Korins is an award-winning scenic and production designer based in New York City. He is the founder and principal designer of David Korins Designs, a multi-faceted creative firm that designs everything from theater, film, and television to rock concerts, immersive experiences, photo shoots, restaurants, and hospitality spaces.

Korins has designed and brought to life the worlds of Broadway smash-hits Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen, developed live music experiences for seminal artists including Kanye West and Lady Gaga, reimagined classics for live TV with Grease Live!, and delivered interactive-rich events for global companies including YouTube, Google, and Spotify.

As Creative Director, Kornis has worked with Mariah Carey, Bruno Mars, and Andrea Boccelli. He has collaborated with Gagosian on gallery and restaurant projects. He has designed installations for music and arts festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, SXSW, Bonnaroo, and Outside Lands.

Korins has received Emmy and Tony nominations, Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel Awards, three Henry Hewes Design Awards, and an Obie Award for Sustained Excellence in Design.

He has spoken and shared his gift all over the country, including at Chicago Ideas Week, Yale University, Sotheby's in New York City, and TEDxBroadway. Whether in an institution, a boardroom, or a Fortune 500 company, David has engaged as a consultant and thought leader for major brands, networks, and IP.
