David Levine is a financial analyst, and Real Estate Principal for The Blackstone Group, an alternative asset management, and financial services firm. He focuses on new investment opportunities in the industrial/logistics and office sectors.
In July 2010, Levine became a Real Estate Principal for The Blackstone Group. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in analyzing real estate investments in various property sectors. He has worked on the creation and sale of IndCor Properties, a 117 million square foot industrial platform.
Levine has also been involved in the acquisition of BioMed Realty Trust, Brixmor (formerly Centro), Apple REIT 6, Motel 6, and the IPO of Extended Stay Hotels.
In November 2017, Levine earned a spot on the 'Finance' list of the Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2018.
Levine graduated from Northwestern University in 2010. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
