David Limbaugh is a lawyer, nationally syndicated columnist with Creators Syndicate, public speaker, and the author of several New York Times bestsellers including "The Emmaus Code," "Jesus on Trial," "The Great Destroyer," "Crimes Against Liberty," "Bankrupt," "Persecution," and "Absolute Power." He addresses diverse topics such as the Constitution, America's Christian heritage, and various political and cultural issues from a conservative perspective.

Limbaugh has appeared on numerous national and local television and radio shows, such as FOX News’ "Hannity," "FOX and Friends," "Crossfire," and "Your World with Neil Cavuto," CNN’s "The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer," CNBC’s "The Kudlow Report," The Blaze TV’s "Glenn Beck Program," and CBN’s "Newswatch." With over 30 years of experience in law, Limbaugh is a partner at the law firm of Limbaugh, Russell, Payne, and Howard, focusing on entertainment, business, and contract law. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri Law School, where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review. Limbaugh has served in various civic capacities including as a member of the Cape Girardeau City Council for eight years, Mayor Pro-Tem for six years, and on the executive committee of Southeast Missouri Hospital. He resides in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, with his family and is an active member of Lacroix United Methodist Church.
