David Sklar is a Vice President at Bank of America. Sklar has been the Head of Bank of America's asset-backed securities trading desk since 2015. The unit was the top ABS underwriter in Q1 and it often trades $1.5 billion a week across auto, credit card, student loan, and aircraft securitizations.

Sklar attended Harvard University​ where he earned a B.A. in Government​ in 2011, and was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30​ list in 2018 for the Venture Capital category.
