CPLP - To earn the CPLP certification Dawn Foster acquired industry-related experience, successfully passed a knowledge-based examination, and submitted a work product that met performance standards. Developed, customized and implemented solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Market Competence with management routines and sales and service skills for multiple 1,200 unit banking systems in United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Results: Each organization achieved a 10-25% customer profit improvement sustained over 5 or more years.
Conducted needs analysis, tailored, facilitated and implemented nationally and internationally market management, sales and sales management learning systems for retail bankers, in-store bankers, commercial and mortgage lenders, small business bankers, trust and private banking officers.
