Dawn Frazier-Bohnert is vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer for Liberty Mutual Insurance. In this role, she is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of Liberty Mutual’s diversity and inclusion strategy and programs.

Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, she was chief administrative officer and partner at Global Novations, a Korn/Ferry International Company. Before that, she was at The Gillette Company as vice president of global diversity and inclusion. She has also held HR leadership positions at Lotus/IBM, Fidelity Investments and Millennium Pharmaceuticals.

Growing up in an Air Force family as an Air Force brat, Frazier-Bohnert lived and traveled all over the world. She believes that these experiences helped her to develop the ability to be effective in most any culture.

She has served on the board for the Black Achievers Branch, YMCA of Greater Boston, and was a volunteer Big Sister for over 10 years. Currently, she is a member of the Women’s Network advisory board for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. She has the honor of recently being named on the 2015 Black Enterprise List of Top Executives in Corporate Diversity.

Frazier-Bohnert attended Mount Holyoke College and graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in rehabilitation counseling.
