Dean Douglas is the CEO of Unify, a premier communications software and services firm. Douglas joined Unify in January 2014 bringing a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and channel space. He holds overall responsibility for Unify’s strategy, business direction and global execution.

Prior to joining Unify, Douglas served as President and CEO ofWestcon Group. During his five years leading Westcon, Douglas drove the company’s global expansion and several successful acquisitions. He also oversaw Westcon’s successful moves into the data center, security and unified communications markets.

Douglas previously served as CEO of LCC International, a technical services firm for the mobile industry. He also held global executive roles at both IBM and Motorola. He has served on the board of SpectraSite and served as the Vice Chairman of the Global Technology Distribution Council. During his career, he has been based in the US, Europe and Asia with responsibilities including sales, strategy, marketing, worldwide business development and corporate development.
