DEBBIE McCLURE is the senior director of global virtual sales and customer success with Cisco, where she is responsible for the global service provider and software businesses, as well as scaling sales functions globally. Prior to this role, McClure led annuity sales business in the US enterprise and commercial segments. She has been with Cisco for over 17 years holding numerous leadership roles in product and service sales, leading teams to exceed stretch targets without fail. McClure led the way in introducing leadership programs and is the recipient of the prestigious Collaboration Across Cisco award. She has served on two boards within Cisco as well as the executive steering committee for a global virtualization project. McClure has spent the last 25 years in the technology sector. McClure earned a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in liberal arts, with a concentration in business economics.
