Debbie Wosskow is a recognized leader in entrepreneurship and the sharing economy. She is the founder of "Love Home Swap," a leading home exchange platform, which she sold in 2017 for $53 million. Wosskow's in-depth understanding of collaborative consumption led her to co-found AllBright, a network dedicated to enhancing women's inclusion in Web3. She is the co-author of "Believe, Build, Become," which offers insights into building success.

Earlier in her career, Wosskow established herself by launching Mantra, a marketing and communications consultancy, at 25. After a decade of growth, she sold the company to the Loewy Group. She has held significant advisory roles, including senior advisor at McKinsey and membership on London’s Business Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves in an advisory capacity on business matters for the UK government and earned an OBE for her services to British Business.

Wosskow is a frequent speaker on topics such as digital disruption, the socio-economic potential of collaborative consumption, and female empowerment. Her keynotes and workshops, delivered to international audiences, often focus on digital wellbeing and the empowerment of women through access to capital. She graduated with an MA in Philosophy and Theology from New College, Oxford University, and resides in London with her two children.
