As President and Founder of Inspired HR, She uses her experience as a senior executive in Operations and Human Resource Management to advise businesses on optimizing the workplace experience, and implementing strategies to get the most out of a business’ most valuable resource: people. Ms. Carreau is often asked to speak on workplace issues in business and developing talent in organizations.

Ms. Carreau holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on leadership and strategy, and a Certified Human Resources Professional designation. Ms. Carreau currently serves on the executive board of the Young Presidents Organization Women’s International Network and Advisory Board for Respect Group Inc.
