Deborah Chambers Chima, president and CEO of Chambers Consulting Group, Ltd. (CCG) is passionate about helping leaders unleash their leadership potential. In this spirit, she founded her acclaimed organizational consulting firm, CCG, to drive professionals and organizations toward greater heights through the power of leadership development and team dynamics. Her strength in leading teams to maximum performance results comes from a 24- year career in the retail industry, and over 20 years with McDonald's Corporation where her corporate management positions included P&L accountability in international and domestic markets.


Ms. Chima's dynamic programs focus on the ultimate possibilities within personal productivity that lead to achieving organizational goals beyond expectation. Deborah partners with clients to create and implement career initiatives that profoundly improve bottom line results. Among the high profile clients signing on to her high-energy organizational consulting programs are Navistar International, Ortho- Biotech (J&J), Shell Oil, Alltel Wireless, Pro- Line International, Sears Holding Company, CSL Behring, Lowes and McDonald's Corporation.

Deborah serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce (Naperville- IL) as the Diversity Chairperson. Ms. Chima is the 2007-2008 President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Chicago Chapter). She is a Business Series guest lecturer at Chicago State University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, and was recognized by Premier International Who's Who Registry of Outstanding Professionals in 2007-2008. Ms. Chima was a 2006 recipient of the Business Ledger Influential Women in Business Award.

Deborah is co-author of Choose to Lead: Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women, from Women. Her column, Not for Women Only, addresses solutions to gender differences in the workplace and appears in the bi-weekly Chicago suburban newspaper- The Business Ledger.
