Deborah Kilpatrick is the co-CEO and chair of the unicorn startup Evidation Health, a health-tracking platform that rewards users for healthy actions while contributing data to research projects, and has raised over $259 million in funding. Kilpatrick took the helm of the organization in 2014, which is now valued at over $1 billion.

Kilpatrick is a seasoned executive and board director with broad experience in developing and commercializing healthcare technologies and products with applications to primary care and specialty medicine. Her operational roles have spanned domestic and global leadership in R&D, new technology incubation, and commercialization in Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley start-up healthcare companies. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at CardioDx and Fuidant Corporation. Kilpatrick is a director for both the Task Force for Global Health and Sleep Number, serves on the Georgia Tech and Cal Poly Engineering advisory boards, and is a fellow of the American Insititute of Medical and Biological Engineering.

Kilpatrick is also the co-founder of MedtechWomen and the MedtechVision Conference, the first conference for women business leaders, investors, clinicians, and commercialization experts building the medtech sector's future, now held annually in Silicon Valley.
