I have been with HP for 8 years, the last three as UK Leader for Service Level Management. With over 15 years both public and private sector experience across service management (ITIL 2 & 3) I am now looking for my next opportunity.

Project SPOC ­ representing the UK on a global (BPR) project for implementation of a newservice delivery and support system to ITIL framework standards.Responsible for coordinating UK wide engineering resource for large corporate clientsincluding planning installations, coordinating training courses and arranging engineeringsupport for incident resolution for customers such as BBC (Energis), ntl, ITV and publicsector (local councils & Police Forces)Creation of required business processes for the department, and re-engineering of existingprocesses to ISO9002 standards.Close liaison with HR staff to manage absence and comply with working time regulationsCreation and delivery of training materials to staff from senior management to key users for system roll out.24 x7x 365 Escalation point for out of hours major incident management.
