As a C-suite advisor (and as a CMO herself), Detria has for over 20 years established a track record of success in driving inclusivity across organizations, while leading global brands (Google, Microsoft, Emirates Airlines, for example) in digital transformation initiatives that reach audiences and build communities across geographies and markets. Informed by her experiences living and working from the U.S., London, Singapore and the Middle East, and by her experience as a Black, single mom, Detria created the ICX (inclusive customer experience) approach while serving as Managing Director of Digital Experience for Accenture Interactive, enabling visionary leaders to embrace inclusivity as an end-to-end element of their business ecosystem.
