Dhana is currently the Head of CTI Core Infrastructure Services for Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking and CTO/Global Functions hosted in Asia Pacific. In this role, he is responsible for a team of approximately 1400 employees located across 12 countries, including Japan. His team provides Infrastructure services, technologies, and support to ICG, CTO and GCG business across Asia. The portfolio of services includes Mainframe, Distributed, Cloud, Storage, Network, Voice, End User Computing, Data Center and Security services. Dhana is also responsible for accelerating the growth of CTI’s Strategic Centers (CSC) in Chennai and Manila. In the last four years with Citi,Dhana held senior roles in Global Consumer Tech organization as International Production Management Head for Asia, EMEA, LATAM, Mexico between 2014-16 and Head of Consumer Services Delivery for Asia Pacific between 2012-14.

Prior to Citi, he was with IBM for ~15 years as Director and Senior Delivery Project Executive where he led large service delivery teams including BHP Billiton as Director and Senior Global DPE comprising of 900+ team members spread across Singapore, India, Australia, USA, Chile, UK and Canada. Dhana held several Senior leadership responsibilities in Asia Pacific, ASEAN/South Asia for Service Management, Transition, Business Acquisition, Technical Solution Management, Due Diligence, and Project Management.

Dhana previously worked for (HCL) Hewlett-Packard in India where he had led complex projects successfully for almost six years in various industries particularly in Banking and Financial sectors.

He has 24 years of IT Experience and received numerous achievement awards and recognition in Citi, IBM and HP.
