Diana O’Brien is the CMO of Deloitte LLP and advisory partner for several client relationships. As CMO, Diana’s focus is to elevate Deloitte in the marketplace by creating world-class client experiences, developing insight, building relationships, innovating our marketing approaches, and ultimately growing Deloitte’s businesses. In November 2016, Diana was named one of Business Insider’s “Top 50 Most Innovative CMOs in the World.” Since joining Deloitte in 1985, Diana has championed and created experiences that empower leaders to thrive. She was the first managing principal for Deloitte University, Deloitte’s leadership center, and has led talent development, Deloitte’s global clients & industries program, and Deloitte Consulting’s $1 billion Life Sciences practice. Outside of Deloitte, Diana supports several charities related to autism and is the chairman and founder of IMPACT Autism, working to build communities where every child and adult with autism can be enriched, engaged, healthy, and productive.

Diana O'Brien is chief marketing officer for Deloitte, global client portfolio leader for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. and global lead client service partner for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. O'Brien addresses the most pressing client needs in Deloitte's member firm network. Her priorities include executing a marketing transformation to enhance client relationships and improving global client management and growth. She serves on the DTTL executive and global markets committees, Deloitte LLP U.S. executive committee and Deloitte Consulting board. O'Brien led the ground-breaking of the Deloitte University leadership development facility, and she supports leadership and inclusion initiatives that make a meaningful impact in the community. She is the chairman and founder of IMPACT Autism, works closely with several organizations focused on helping those with disabilities and supports the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
