With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, she has successfully launched and scaled multiple product lines, from frozen novelties to shelf-stable freezies, using plant-based ingredients and no artificial additives.

Laslo-Baker's passion for organic food innovation stems from her background as a medical scientist, where she studied the effects of exposure to drugs and chemicals during pregnancy. She wanted to create products that are not only tasty, but also nutritious and safe for the whole family. She also wanted to show her two children that one mom can make a difference, and teach them how to grow an ethical and sustainable business.
