Dior Ginyard currently works on the athlete marketing team at Dapper Labs, where he develops player marketing strategy for Dapper Sports and establishes long-lasting relationships with players and agents across the sporting world.

Embodying the spirit of service, Ginyard’s passion and role is inherently tied to helping players reach their full potential, aiding in the maintenance of their career, and transitioning equipped veterans into their post-football careers. He has been recognized most recently for his professional accomplishments by the Athletic and was listed on their 2021 NFL Top 40 Under 40. He also was recognized by Washington Business Journal and was listed on their 2018 Top 40 Under 40.

In 2016, Ginyard was commissioned with leading the NFLPA Externship – an opportunity for NFL players to gain valuable experience with top organizations across the country. His guidance and player relation strategies led to a record-breaking 41 players taking on “externships” in the offseason with 15 companies. This cemented the NFLPA Externship as the premier program for professional athletes, and Ginyard was recognized by Forbes as a Top 30 Under 30 honoree in the sports category.

Ginyard has led numerous community service projects aimed at providing food and resources to those in-need in the Washington Metro-Area. Because of his community service efforts, Ginyard received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions in community service in the United States.

Ginyard overcame a severe brain injury to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Bowie State University, and Masters of Science degree in Management Marketing from University of Maryland University College.
